St. Christopher's Home Caring Visit Day

On 2 November, the Home organized the Little Sponsors Scheme—St. Christopher's Caring Visit Day, where a group of little sponsors and their families, along with children from our Home, visited HKCCCU Kwong Yum Care Home to bring joy to the elderly residents.

Under the arrangement of The Boys' Brigade Hong Kong, participants first received parent-child volunteer training to master basic skills for serving the elderly. The nursing home then arranged a tour for participants to learn more about the daily lives of the elderly and the facilities within the home. On that day, through group games, participants of all ages came together, and the children from the Home sang, bringing smiles to the elderly.
