The Home has received sponsorship from the Community Chest for many years to operate a Family Support Service “Heart Link” in Sha Tin, providing support to grassroots families in the area. Recently, a group of donors from the Hong Kong Community Chest visited our organization to learn about our service operations and development. On that day, Mr. Kwan Hang Sang, Alexander, the vice-chairman of our board, delivered a speech of thanks, and parent members of the center attended to share how the services assist children with special educational needs in realizing their potential, building confidence, and establishing social networks
