Service Objectives
- To establish a positive environment for children from low-income families and to enhance their self-confidence and persistence.
- To assist new arrivals in adapting to the new living environment in Hong Kong.
- To facilitate personal development of children so as to develop their life skills and potentials for a holistic development.
Service Target
- Children aged 4 to 18 from low-income and CSSA families
- New arrivals from the Mainland aged 4 or above, who have migrated to Hong Kong within 4 years
- Other families and children are welcomed to join us as “V” members (friends of Heartlink).
Service Content
- Provision of supporting services, in the area of parenting support, academic support, potential development, self-challenge, self-care and community participation, to the service users.

- After School Care Program
- Chinese, Maths & English enhancement classes
- Interest Classes
- Outings
- Volunteer Groups
- Book Crossing (Monthly)
- Food recycling mutual support group – collect leftovers for the families in need
